3 days Safaris - from Zanzibar: This short fly-in, private Safari covers the highlights of a Safari in Tanzania: Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire.

This itinerary starts and ends on Zanzibar airport (or Dar es Salaam).

Day 1 Zanzibar – Lake Manyara: Early morning departure by flight from Zanzibar to Arusha (0930hrs1050). Pick up from airport, and direct start of Safari, Lake Manyara National Park. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as Buffalo, Elephant, Giraffe, Impala, hippo and others. Dinner and overnight at a lodge. Lunch and dinner.
Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater: After breakfast we proceed to Ngorongoro Crater, for a game drive. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. Your Driver/Guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Dinner and overnight at a lodge. All meals included.
Day 3 Tarangire - Zanzibar: After breakfast we depart for Tarangire, Tanzania's third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephant. Around noon return to Arusha for your direct flight back to Zanzibar (1400hrs1530).
