The Ngorongoro Crater, which is the world's largest unbroken volcanic caldera. The Crater, which formed as the giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself around 2 million years ago, is 610m deep and the floor is 260km². The steep sides of the crater mean that it has become a natural enclosure for a very wide variety of wildlife, including most of the species found in East Africa.

3 DAYS NGORONGORO
 
Day 1. Ngorongoro Crater
Pick up from the hotel in Arusha and transfer to Ngorongoro, en route game viewing, half a day game drive on the crater rim. Late afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.		 Day 2. Ngorongoro Crater
Breakfast and depart with picnic lunch for a full day crater tour, explore the crater which is famous for its great concertration of wild life. Return to the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.		 Day 3.
After breakfast depart for Arusha arriving by lunch time.
